Shield Tracker (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and their data. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our platform.
When your organization subscribes to Shield Tracker, we collect user account details including full name, email address, and username. These are provided by your organization’s administrator.
Shield Tracker stores survey responses, reviewer comments, approval records, improvement plans, and uploaded documents as entered by authorized users within your organization. This data belongs to your organization.
We collect standard web application logs including login timestamps, page views, IP addresses, and browser information for security monitoring and platform improvement.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared only:

Survey data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days following termination to allow for data export. After this period, all data is permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion in writing.
Organization administrators can export all data at any time using Shield Tracker’s built-in export tools. For privacy inquiries, contact privacy@shieldtracker.com.
Material changes will be communicated to organization administrators via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
