Information We Collect

Account Information

When your organization subscribes to Shield Tracker, we collect user account details including full name, email address, and username. These are provided by your organization’s administrator.

Survey Data

Shield Tracker stores survey responses, reviewer comments, approval records, improvement plans, and uploaded documents as entered by authorized users within your organization. This data belongs to your organization.

Usage Data

We collect standard web application logs including login timestamps, page views, IP addresses, and browser information for security monitoring and platform improvement.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, network isolation, role-based access controls, and comprehensive audit logging. See our Security page for details.

Data Retention & Deletion

Survey data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days following termination to allow for data export. After this period, all data is permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion in writing.

Your Rights

Organization administrators can export all data at any time using Shield Tracker’s built-in export tools. For privacy inquiries, contact privacy@shieldtracker.com.

Changes to This Policy

Material changes will be communicated to organization administrators via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
